Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in or using any services provided by People With Purpose ("we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in the programme or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Programme
People With Purpose offers a 12-week group coaching programme for senior leaders, founders, and executives. Programme details, including format, schedule, and inclusions, are as described on our website at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to programme content or delivery where necessary.
2. Enrolment & Payment
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment plans may be available upon request. All prices are listed in NZD and are GST inclusive unless otherwise stated. Your spot in a cohort is not guaranteed until payment is received.
3. Refund Policy
Not the right fit? Get in touch within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests made after 14 days of purchase will not be eligible.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to:
- Engage with the programme in good faith and with respect for other participants
- Keep cohort discussions and peer sharing confidential
- Attend sessions or review recordings in a timely manner
- Take responsibility for their own growth and outcomes
5. Intellectual Property
All programme materials, frameworks, and content provided by People With Purpose are the intellectual property of People With Purpose. Participants may use materials for their own personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. People With Purpose makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results will vary based on individual effort and circumstances. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the programme.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all personal information shared during coaching sessions with strict confidentiality. Information will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.
8. Programme Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort in exceptional circumstances. In the event of cancellation by People With Purpose, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
